This is the end of Marvel's first 'Alien' arc. Its a mess. Let's start with the good news. Salvador Larroca has heard some of the complaining about his cribbing of art and has some images in the book that can't have been taken from somewhere else.

The ok- Phillip Kennedy Johnson brings us a 'David' level android for a bit of a Prometheus feel.

The bad- Oof, there's a lot, so sit down. There's dialogue paraphrasing material from Alien 3. There's the use of the word 'Prometheus' as if it wasn't the name of a ship, that makes no sense unless David turns up at some point as the 'big bad'. There's a terrible introduction of an idea that man wasn't the first space faring being on Earth. There are no traces left after their eradication by the Engineers. It feels like a desperate flailing to make a pre-existing universe into what he (Disney?) wants it to be instead of a story that fits in with what we know and grows it like Dark Horse did with their Aliens material.

This is like having a facehugger implanting in someone, and getting a chestburster that ends up being Sil from Species telling her friend Dren from Splice "It's all the same thing, right?"
