Six issues of Spider-man being Spider-man. Six issues of Black Cat being awful. Seriously awful. "Is Slott serious here?" level awful. I'm saying the balance falls on the positive side. I feel like these are issues that could fit pretty easily into the 70's, and they've been a welcome throwback. You either like or Humberto Ramos or you don't, but I do, so I'm enjoying the art as well. We have a nice wrap up to our first arc. All open threads are closed, including JJJ unmasking our hero and the Electro situation. We get small set ups for the next arc. We also get more Silk, which somehow has become a good thing. I'd say this was a solid 'B', which is perfect from the Bamazing Spider-Man. (As a personal favor, if you know Dan Slott, please ask him to stop the Black Cat nonsense while there's still time.)
