BONUS REVIEW by DAL BUSH
Nova's always been a pretty derivitive character (2 scoops of Spider-Man, 4 cups of Green Lantern, bake for 25 issues, let cool for 12 years), but now he's ripping off a character created AFTER he was: Firestorm. But you know what? It works. In this issue, Rich Ryder has barely survived the destruction of Xandar in the Annihilation prologue, and the only hope for the future of the Nova Corps lies in protecting the Xandarian Worldmind supercomputer. But the only place all its information will be safe... is in Richard Ryder's brain. Nova gets a smarty-pants narrator co-pilot, and all it does is make the book better. Most likely the best of the Annihilation mini-series, and definitely worth your time. Just don't tell Firestorm. 8 Grahams
