Bruce Banner is back...because of the Hand. This is not a Hulk that will use hair care products. This is a monster. If you're a Hulk fan, you will want to get this issue, even if you haven't been reading the series.
In fact, take the money you were going to spend on Weapon H and buy two copies instead.
Weapon H...for when you've got a Super case of hemorrhoids!tm
Highly recommended for the reader who still wonders what would have happened if Daredevil had not interrupted the Hand when they were resurrecting Elektra, those who never really cared for Red Hulk much, and speculators.
