VERY FINE/NEAR MINT

Written by Ed Brubaker, penciled by Lee Weeks, cover by John Romita.

A special stand-alone issue, and a perfect jumping-on point for new readers! Milla and Matt have been reunited, but the things he's been through - prison, and then life on the run -- have changed him. And now, in the days after the Marvel Civil War, being Daredevil is even more dangerous than it was before Matt got taken down. Can their relationship survive the new obstacles that have been placed in their way? Can "Blind Love" conquer all? Written by Ed Brubaker, with art by John Paul Leon, and featuring a special cover by Marvel Comics Legend John Romita Sr!

BONUS REVIEW by DAL BUSH

Man, this is what I was afraid of. Brubaker wraps up the defining Daredevil story of the last twenty years and what does he follow it with? A complete time-waster of a recap story, filling the reader in on the hopes and dreams of the 8th most popular Daredevil love (after Karen Page, Elektra, Black Widow, Typhoid Mary, Foggy, Aunt May and Foggy again) Milla something-or-other. It's bad enough that this story is even around, but does 70% of it really need to be almost shot-for-shot recaps of other DD issues? Lame. Really lame. 5 Grahams
