The clean work by Nick Bradshaw makes things go down easier (with an assist by Sea Guy's Cameron Stewart), but that's the only easy thing here. Bendis is in minor Eli Roth mode having taken the level of crazy by Star Lord's dad to new lows. It's not Kirkman level abuse, but its competing. Side note: The cover features Captain Marvel.
