We can thank the Kenner Toy Company and the parents of the late 1980's for this little gem. With character names like Hug-a-Bye, Huggins, Tuggins, and Gigglet, you know this is a keeper. Add in the fact the all the Hugga Bunch, except for the Little Rascals Alfalfa looking kid, look like you took one of those creepy giant eyed children painting and stuck it onto a Cabbage Patch Doll and you've got one odd book. Made by Marvel's Star children's publishing line, this one made it 6 issue before returning to Huggaland.
