"A very, very welcome return for classic character Tommy Monaghan, as he teams up with the old-ish JLA at some unknown time (Kyle’s the GL, in his first outfit, but Garth doesn’t really get the difference between Wally and Barry as Flash) to fight space creatures from DC’s past. It’s great to see Ennis writing a character he clearly loves, but John McCrea’s art looks too rushed and sketchy. Still, it’s great to see the old team getting the magic going again."
