For those of us who were lucky to have been reading comics in the late 60's and early 70's, no greater duo ruled the DC Universe like Green Arrow and Green Lantern. Whether addressing social issues under the pencil of Neal Adams or Denny O'Neil and Dick Dillin's take on the pair in the classic Justice League. This amazing flashback is handled wonderfully in this tale by Sholly Fisch and Dario Brizuela. Everything that made those times great is here. The philosophical arguments, the name calling, hippies, lost towns in the middle of America, even Green Arrow's famous chili is back. Green Arrow riding a motorcycle with Hal's power lamp tied with bungee cords is an cute visual. And a last minute save from the Hard-Travelling Heroes Girl Friday, the Black Canary make for a wonderful trip down memory lane!
