Ultimate X is an Ultimate X-Men book! I had no idea when I read #1 (which
I loved) that each book would be focusing on a surviving member or a new
member of the Ultimate X-Men. #1 focused on Wolverine's son, #2 is a
surprise that isn't revealed until the end. Jeff Loeb does a great job of
telling a story and giving us exposition without feeling forced. Art
Adams' art is brilliant and certainly the real star of the book.
Jeff Loeb brings back some of the X-Villains with a new style and
attitude. This is Jeff's best book, so if you're missing out you should
pick it up #1 went to a second print so it should be easy(ier) to find a
copy!
