BONUS REVIEW by PASTOR SAM

Even Luke Cage appearing yet AGAIN couldn’t tarnish the conclusion to David Liss’ maiden voyage in comic writing. He manages to wrap up the major lose ends in a satisfying way while starting some new threads that will be enjoyable to explore in the issues to come. This issue even involves Panther explaining why Daredevil has operated more or less as a loner all these years – always a great thing when the scarlet swashbuckler gets some love! The only negative thing that I could find with this issue is that it will probably be the last time we see good ol’ Vlad the Impaler for a while. What a great villain. It’s a “shot through the heart” just thinking about it…ba rum bum clash! If you have been somewhat jaded by comics as of late, pick up this issue and those that proceed it in the arc, you won’t be disappointed. Come on, would the Pastor steer you wrong?
