BONUS REVIEW by PASTOR SAM

There are two entities in life for which I will never fully understand all of the merits of their decisions, one is God and the other is Marvel comics. I’m ok with accepting the first one, not ok at all with accepting the second. One might try to argue, ‘everything these guys do is about making money’. Ok, but then how does one explain canceling a book that has been both critically and commercially successful? It’s truly a mystery. All I can figure is that they needed to make more room for the next X-Men, Avengers, Spiderman, or Wolverine title. That being said, this is a fantastic book with well fleshed out characters, engaging and accessible plots, and superb story telling. If you are a fan of any of those things please pick up this book in some form while you still can. As I seek to try to find negatives about this book to share, perhaps the only one is that Black Panther isn’t somehow tied to a successful movie franchise. Guess that’s all it takes anymore.
